I'm a Career Connoisseur, SHRM-SCP certified, and have 15 years of professional and HR experience. I also have lived experience as a Black woman and seen firsthand the challenges women of color face in the professional world. I understand what hiring managers are looking for and teach my clients how to market and promote their unique skill sets by using their authentic voice. Essentially, I help you secure the bag and get your dream job.
I care deeply about the success of women of color. I know what it feels like to cry on your way to work because you know you're not in the right place, but feel frustrated because you feel stuck and have no other options.
