Is this coaching?
No. Most coaching is about asking questions to help you find your own answers. A Gem Session is strategy. It’s a 60-minute intensive where I read the room, look at the evidence, and tell you exactly what I would do if I were you. We don’t find the answer; we build the plan.
What topics can I bring?
Most people bring high-stakes decisions: a potential pivot, a promotion strategy, a high-value negotiation, or a specific leadership challenge. Think of it as the 'what do I do now?' session.
Can I bring any topic to the session?
Yes, as long as it is career-related and focused on a single move or decision. To get the highest value in 60 minutes, we need to go narrow and deep rather than wide and vague.
Do I need to do anything before the session?
Yes. Once you book, you’ll get a short intake form. Complete it at least 24 hours before our call so I can prep and we can hit the ground running.
What if I am not sure I am ready?
If you have a clear decision point and you’re tired of overthinking it, you’re ready. If you aren’t ready to take action on a concrete plan, this might not be the right move yet.
Is there a refund policy?
Because sessions are limited and requires significant prep work on my end, session fees are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your time once or gift your session to a colleague if your plans change completely.
